Tror ogs\u00e5 jeg blir oppfattet som positiv. Som idrettsut\u00f8ver var jeg m\u00e5lbevisst, pliktoppfyllende og treningsglad.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">2<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\">Hva har idretten betydd for deg?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 L\u00f8pingen har gitt meg mye glede og god helse. F\u00f8ler meg ogs\u00e5 heldig som oppn\u00e5dde gode resultater p\u00e5 friidrettsbanen. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">3 <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s2\">3 \u00abfun facts\u00bb om deg selv?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 Jeg m\u00e5 alltid knyte l\u00f8peskoene med dobbeltknute (helst trippelknute). Jeg er ganske d\u00e5rlig i de fleste andre idretter, men det sitter langt inne \u00e5 innr\u00f8mme det. Friluftsliv nytes helst \u00e9n dag av gangen (jeg sover ikke i telt!).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">4<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\">Kan du si noe du selv tror p\u00e5, men som andre vil v\u00e6re uenige med deg i?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 Langturer b\u00f8r l\u00f8pes p\u00e5 hardt underlag, ikke i skog og mark.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">5<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\">Kan du beskrive innholdet i en typisk treningsuke som eliteut\u00f8ver?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 200 km fordelt p\u00e5 13 \u00f8kter, inkludert \u00e9n solid intervall\u00f8kt (f.eks. 10 x 1500 m, pause 60 sek), \u00e9n hard, progressiv langtur og \u00e9n kontrollert terskel\u00f8kt.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">6<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\">P\u00e5 hvilken m\u00e5te hjalp l\u00e6rerstudiene deg som idrettsut\u00f8ver og vice versa?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 Jeg ble veldig disiplinert av b\u00e5de \u00e5 studere og jobbe som l\u00e6rer samtidig som jeg satset p\u00e5 l\u00f8pingen. Det gjorde ogs\u00e5 at jeg koblet av og ikke brukte for mye tid p\u00e5 \u00e5 tenke p\u00e5 trening og konkurranser.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">7<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\">Hvilken annen idrett\/sport skulle du gjerne v\u00e6rt god i?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 Jeg har aldri v\u00e6rt s\u00e6rlig interessert i andre idretter enn l\u00f8ping.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">8<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\">Forbilde?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 Akkurat n\u00e5 deler jeg mine barns forbilde, Jakob Ingebrigtsen. Da jeg selv l\u00f8p, hadde jeg egentlig ingen forbilder, men jeg s\u00e5 veldig opp til Grete Waitz og Ingrid Kristiansen. I ungdoms\u00e5rene hadde jeg ogs\u00e5 en plakat av Geir Moen p\u00e5 veggen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">9<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\">Hvis du kunne invitert til en 4-stjerners middag med hvem du ville \u2013 d\u00f8d eller levende \u2013 hvem ville du invitert? Hvorfor?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 Da ville jeg invitert min datter Othelie sammen med Jakob Ingebrigtsen og Elisabeth Asserson. Det hadde blitt en dr\u00f8mmedag for b\u00e5de Othelie og meg!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><strong><span class=\"s2\">10<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s3\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\">Hadde du noen uvaner som eliteut\u00f8ver?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 Egentlig ikke. Vi l\u00f8per intervaller og bakkel\u00f8p. P\u00e5 s\u00f8ndag l\u00f8per jeg alltid en rolig langtur sammen med datteren min.
