Her har jeg valgt \u00e5 bruke laks. Det blir da en blanding av sushi-bowl og poke, men salaten blir uansett utrolig smakfull og ikke minst sunn!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Chilimajones kan enten kj\u00f8pes ferdig, eller en kan enkelt blande majones og sterk chilisaus.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pokebowl<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><i>5 dl sushiris<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><i>7,5 dl kaldt vann<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><i>1 ts salt<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><i>2 dl sushieddik<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><i>Eller lag eddiken selv ved \u00e5 koke opp 2 dl riseddik, 100 g sukker og 35 g salt. Avkj\u00f8les.<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p4\">Skyll risen godt i kaldt vann og la den ligge i vann for bl\u00f8tlegging i 20 min.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\">Ha den over en vid kjele og tilsett vann og salt.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\">Kok opp og sett p\u00e5 lokk, skru ned varmen til 20 prosent og la den dampe i 15 minutter.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\">Ta kjelen av varmen, og la den trekke i 5-10 minutter til. Bruk saks.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><i>1 stk. hjertesalat, 4 blader.
